Terms of service

These terms apply between Bee Creative ("we") and the merchant who installs Gang Sheet Builder ("you"). By installing the app you accept these terms, our privacy policy and the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

The service

The app lets your customers build gang sheets in your online store and creates print files for paid orders. You are responsible for your products, prices and the designs you print, including having the right to print designs your customers upload.

Fees

Fees are charged through Shopify according to the plan you choose in the app. The price, any free trial and what each plan includes are shown before you approve a charge, and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancelling stops future charges. Fees already charged are not refunded except where the law requires it or we decide to in a particular case.

Your data

You own your data and your customers' designs. We process them only to provide the app, as described in the privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where we can, we do maintenance at quiet times and tell you in advance about planned work that affects your store. We may improve or change features; we will tell you before removing a feature you rely on. We will announce changes to these terms in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept them.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". Please check print files before printing: we are not responsible for printing costs, lost sales or other indirect or consequential losses. As far as the law allows, our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your data is then deleted as set out in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Contact: support@beecreative.pk.
